Here is a picture of the masks, feathers and wire.

The masks are flat so I dampened the masks a bit with water and shaped them. In the picture you can see that they no longer lay flat. I used black/gold glitter, purple glitter and yellow glitter. The glitter is very fine.

I then took a 22 gauge wire and glued a gold bead at the end. If you want you can wrap the wire with silk ribbon. I left mine gold. Notice how I created a hook. I glued the hooked end to the back of the mask and added the feather. You can add more decors such as curled ribbons or trimmings around the mask.

Here are the masks! My favorite was the purple one.
